We are looking for a motivated individual to partner with our Director in leading our Learning Center to new heights. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our center's success by ensuring exceptional learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to set strategic goals and drive the vision of the Learning Center.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Student Success: Administer academic evaluations, analyze performance data, and implement targeted interventions to support student achievement.
• Community Engagement: Promote our programs and services, participating in outreach efforts.
• Professional Development: Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven experience in an educational leadership role, such as Learning Center Coordinator or Program Manager, preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
