Temp Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Temp Staff Account who performs bookkeeping and basic accounting duties such as data entry, journal entries, payroll entries , allocations and/or billing issues with vendors.

• Assisting with accounts receivables, accounts payables and payroll entries.
• Assisting with Accounts Receivables for GVS and Small Companies.
• Record Deposits for AR.
• Assisting with Accounts Payables and Employee Reimbursements for GVS via Concur.
• Maintaining AP email as well as GVS Concur email.
• Coding and Submitting Invoices through Concur.
• Integration of transactions from Concur to GVS.
• Assisting with Journal Entries of Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Recording bank transactions for All GVS Bank Accounts.
• Record Transfers between bank accounts.
• Perform Bank Reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Perform data entry relative to designated accounts, audit and review data entry and reports for accuracy.
• Assist with all Month End Journal entries and maintain Schedules.
• Notes payables/Interest expense
• Accrued Salaries
• Intercompany
• Payroll Reconciliations/JE’s
• Bonus Entries
• Commission Exp accrual
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting duties.
• Strong computer skills.
• 1+ years of related experience.

This compensation range is presented in good faith for candidates that are hired in these roles will be presented a salary within the range stated on the job posting

Salary $60,000-$65,000 annually.
