Job Description:
The Swatch Group US is looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to join our Corporate Finance/Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, assertive and efficient. They would be able to work in a team environment, think creatively and perform with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
Daily retail sales reconciliation
Charge back reconciliation
Prepare, execute, and analyze reports in Excel by extracting data from accounting systems and retail register systems
Manage, identify and correct data irregularities
Identify and implement improvements to optimize analysis and reporting processes
Assist with additional tasks/projects as assigned
All other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
Professional requirements
1-3 years of experience in similar position and/or environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field is preferred
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Experience in SAP and Cegid is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excellent Excel skills
Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter, pro-active
