Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Junior Property Administrator to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establishes and implements procedures for property accountability and control to safeguard and manage all GFP, Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), and other AGUN assets, adhering to DFARS, DOD regulation, and relevant laws.
  • Meets property inventory requirements, coordinates import/export transactions in collaboration with the Leidos ITAR Manager and Leidos International Trade office and prepares necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulations for the movement of company equipment and material in/out of the country.
  • Involves liaising with U.S. Customs, DDTC, and BIS.
  • Collaborates with sourcing teams for optimal pricing, ensures timely submission of RIPs for purchases, and contributes to reports capturing the lifecycle of materials, equipment, and ODCs procured on the AGUN program.
  • Develops and manages item unique identification (IUID) plan to ensure all equipment is properly marked with IUID labels and registered within wide area workflow (WAWF).
  • Generates IUID data reports.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience or a Masters and 1+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within Army’s IT infrastructure.
  • US Citizen with a Secret security clearance.

Pay Range

Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
