• Programming Wizard: Utilize your programming skills to configure Unified Communication features and functionalities.
• Billing Specialist: Maintain accurate billing records for various telecommunication services.
• Conversion Guru: Facilitate and support the conversion of state agencies to the latest Unified Communication systems.
• Circuit Commander: Coordinate the ordering of circuits, including MPLS, Ethernet, Broadband, and DSL, to meet diverse network requirements.
• Toll-Free Titan: Provision toll-free services for state agencies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective communication.

To be successful, you'll need:
