Silotech is recruiting for a Junior Network Engineer to support timely on site corporate and commercial reach back for all technical sustainment operational assistance required to support AT&T deployed solutions.
This position is for consideration of a proposal contract.

Essential Roles And Responsibilities
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate base area network (BAN) and local area network (LAN) infrastructure, systems and subsystems.
Functions as the technical specialist for LAN activities, such as, heatmap generation and analysis, system scaling and distribution, wireless controller configuration, and access point placement.
Perform maintenance of network devices to ensure correct operation with minimal interruption.
Implement network communications hardware and software.
Establishes and maintain data network performance baselines and troubleshoot network issues.
Support lead network engineer in design, documentation and delivery of BAN network system, subsystems and end-user integration.
Analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
Executes technical investigations of network system.
Consolidates design efforts on major projects.
Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of training; certifications; work and/or military experience is highly desired.
