Job Title: Junior Media Producer

Location: Maitland, Florida

Magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately held investor relations firms in the US, is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Media Producer to join our on-site team at our headquarters in Maitland, Florida. As the world leader in investor relations, financial media, and research for microcap and small-cap stocks, we are committed to helping companies achieve their capital markets goals with our unique platform that combines traditional investor relations services with multi-media marketing.

Proficient in Final cut pro

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, and post-production
• Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and messaging
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that showcase our products in a compelling and engaging way
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production
• Manage and organize video files, assets, and equipment
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
• Create motion graphics using After Effects
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work produced
• Maintain studio equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficient workflow
• Willingness to receive coaching and be open to new ideas and techniques

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking candidates who:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• 2 to 3 years of additional directly related work experience.
• Proficient in Final cut pro & Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Technical experience with Macs, including Mac OS & related software.
• Strong knowledge of current video & audio production equipment, technologies & software.
• Professional on-site experience using cameras & lighting.
• Competent with audio/microphones.
• Strong understanding of video compression techniques for web.
• Strong file management skills.
• Ability to take creative direction independently & work effectively as a team member.
• Motion graphics & animation skills desired, but not required.
