Junior Loan Processor

1. We are currently seeking a Junior Processor / Loan Officer Assistant to provide crucial support to our top-performing sales team located in Woodbridge, NJ. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is essential for this role, as you will be communicating in both languages. Please note, this position is hybrid and requires occasional office presence. Must be licensed.

Key Details:

• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus bonuses per file.
• Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with loan officers to ensure loans are structured correctly and adhere to underwriting guidelines.
2. Assist in loan processing, manage the loan pipeline, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
3. Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process.
4. Demonstrate strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues that may arise during loan processing.
5. Support in planning various business development and client engagement events.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English, with proficient written skills in English and verbal skills in Hindi/Urdu.
2. Ability to work from our Woodbridge, NJ office.
3. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar role in a sales environment.
4. Proficiency in multitasking, a critical requirement in this industry.
5. Experience with Encompass is mandatory; familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
6. Prior experience in the mortgage industry, including strong knowledge of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing.
7. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship from industry leaders.
