Job Description: As a Junior Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Bank Technology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior bankers in executing transactions and delivering advisory services to our clients. You will be involved in financial analysis, industry research, and the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Perform comprehensive industry research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and confidential information memoranda (CIMs).
• Assist in due diligence efforts and transaction execution processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
