Job Description: As a Junior Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Automotive Technology, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with senior bankers on a variety of financial transactions and advisory assignments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting industry research and financial analysis to support transaction execution and client presentations.
• Building and maintaining financial models, including valuation models, to assess potential investment opportunities and strategic alternatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of client proposals, pitch books, and other presentation materials.
• Participating in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, conducting market analysis, and identifying key industry trends.
• Supporting senior bankers in client meetings and communications, as well as liaising with other departments and external parties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

• Internship or prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the automotive technology industry or related sectors.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7) or progress towards certification is a plus.
