Junior Investment Banking Analyst - Acquisition Financing (Hybrid/Remote)

Overview: We are seeking a driven and analytical Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our Acquisition Financing team. As a key member of our firm's investment banking division, you will contribute to the execution of acquisition financing transactions for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and transaction execution within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial models, including valuation analyses, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and comparable company analyses (comps).
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction pitches and presentations.
• Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials for client presentations.
• Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Support senior team members in executing acquisition financing transactions, including debt structuring and capital raising.
• Monitor market trends and financial news to identify potential business opportunities for clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial databases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
