Job Description

As a Junior Investment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their wealth management needs. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, with a primary emphasis on 3rd party TAMP strategies.

Key Responsibilities

In-depth Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and comparisons to develop expertise in 3rd party wealth management strategies.

Customized Proposals: Create personalized investment and retirement proposals using 3rd party TAMP strategies to align with clients' financial objectives.

Investment Monitoring: Effectively manage and monitor client investments, ensuring they remain on track to meet their financial goals.

Service Request Management: Process and diligently track service requests to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.

Retirement and Estate Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop alternative retirement and estate plans that optimize their financial well-being.

Adherence to Company Standards: Follow established company systems and processes to consistently deliver quality service.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, showcasing your commitment to the field.

Series 65 certification is mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for the creation, analysis, and presentation of financial data.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous, though not obligatory.

Location: Onsite in Bonita Springs, FL

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: $31-$41/HR based on experience

Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay
