Position:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in interior design, with a strong focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for Italian craftsmanship. The person will be based in New York City

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute conceptual design projects from inception to completion;
  • Collaborate with clients and the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions;
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations;
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software;
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes;
  • Ensure design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and Italian craftsmanship.

Requirements:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in interior design, with significant in hospitality projects;
  • Strong conceptual design, organizational, presentation, and technical skills;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software;
  • Ability to visualize in 3D and create compelling design presentations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detaisl and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
