We're seeking a passionate Junior Financial Analyst to join our remote team full-time. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our federal government client with invoice processing and financial management.

What You'll Do

Resolve Issues Promptly: Respond swiftly to invoicing concerns from stakeholders, ensuring quick resolutions.

Document and Report: Keep track of processed invoices and maintain detailed records.

Data Analysis: Perform basic data mining to generate insightful reports and assist with records management.

Ensure Accuracy: Verify the proper reception, verification, and processing of invoices received.

Quality Control: Review invoices and travel receipts meticulously, ensuring accuracy as per our Standard Operating Procedures.

Financial Insights: Analyze numerical data such as monthly expense statements to provide valuable insights.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across multiple projects, supporting seamless operations.

What You'll Bring

Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounting, business management, or budget oversight.
