About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in an administrative support role, providing assistance to senior executives and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings and communications.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, handling them with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain executive files, records, and documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technology setup.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements for executives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and executive retreats.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and project management.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or internship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
