Pay is based on experience and commission for client following as well.
Key Responsibilities
Document Handling: Assist in preparing and reviewing escrow documents.
Coordination: Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to collect necessary information.
Compliance: Ensure procedures follow all relevant regulations.
Funds Management: Handle the receipt and disbursement of escrow funds.
Records Maintenance: Keep accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
Customer Support: Provide guidance and address client queries throughout the process.
Qualifications
Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience.
Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, basic accounting knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with office software.
Licensing/Certification: Must meet any state-specific licensing requirements; relevant certifications are a plus.
