Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is on the search for a Junior Database Administrator to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of databases
  • Perform database backups, recovery, and monitoring
  • Support database performance tuning and optimization
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure data integrity and security


What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Top Secret Clearance is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in database administration
  • Proficiency with SQL and database management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • AWS Associate level certification highly desired
