Insight Global is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team in Maryland Heights, MO. This person will be supporting the client's high split initiative for all ticketing purposes. Specifically, they will be supporting automation tools, using macros from MS Excel, smart automation, and reading queries, all to finalize a ticket request from A to Z. They will also be doing "Business-As-Usual" (BAU) work which consists of regular ticket intake, work to process not just one ticket, but several different tickets in different combinations, providing technical support, and assisting in developing and implementing related issues. Overall, the main duties are to utilize MS Excel and read queries to analyze systems for ongoing performance improvements at user and system levels. This person may perform software testing, documentation, and provide training.
