Position & Compensation:

  • Outside B2B relationship building.
  • 1099 commission-basedno base salary.
  • Uncapped commission, bonuses, weekly draw, monthly residuals, and new rep bonuses.


Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated junior consultant to join our team. As a junior consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch consultancy services to prospective clients and ensuring that their service needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism.


In this role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, including retail, e-commerce, and hospitality. You will be responsible for understanding their unique business requirements and objectives and proposing tailored solutions to enhance their payment processing, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the industry to ensure clients have access to the most innovative solutions.
  • Attend pre-set appointments and generate new leads to propose new solutions.
  • With the assistance of our National Sales Managers, make recommendations on optimizing the client's payment processing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchant services solutions in line with client's requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, solutions proposed, and action plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospected clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic advice with the support of our National Sales Managers.
