Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various projects and initiatives within our organization, focusing on data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Contribute to the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed projects.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and provide analytical support.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience or internships in a business analysis or healthcare-related role is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and processes is advantageous.
