About the Role - If you're a financial wizard with expertise in QuickBooks, payroll management, and financial forecasting, we want you! Your role will include managing payroll, bookkeeping, employee time tracking, client invoicing, monthly status reporting, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and other regulations.

Responsibilities

Run and Manage Payroll in QuickBooks:

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  
  

Bookkeeping in QuickBooks:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
  
  

Manage Time for Employees via T-sheets:

• Monitor and manage employee time tracking using T-sheets
• Ensure accuracy of time entries and integration with payroll systems
  
  

Generate and Submit Invoices for Clients:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments
  
  

Manage and Update Monthly Status Reports:

• Compile and update monthly financial and status reports for review by management
• Provide insights and analysis on financial performance and status
  
  

Update Financial Spent Plan and Build Financial Forecast Data:

• Develop and update financial spent plans
• Build and maintain financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning
  
  

Maintain Compliance with Federal, State, and Other Government Systems:

• Ensure all financial practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare and submit necessary reports and filings to maintain compliance
  
  

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
• Experience: Several years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with specific experience in payroll and bookkeeping
• Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  
  

Pay range and compensation package - $40,000 - $63,000
