This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options

Position Overview

The Jr. Sales Operations Analyst works directly with the Sales Operations team for the Sales Department in order to plan methods for recording and reporting on sales reps daily statistics.

Executes administrative work duties. Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that

indicate sales effectiveness improvements and skill development traction.

Creates various reports for multiple department heads. Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Sales Team to plan, track, record, and report on data.
  • Develop / maintain dashboards to support sales, financial, and operational KPI reporting
  • Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness.
  • Communicates consistent metric updates to department leaders.
  • Developing and implementing new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales.
  • Collaborates with peers to perform ad-hoc analysis and innovate upon existing strategies utilizing independent judgement
  • Verify and add additional talk time for daily reporting.
  • Update, review and provide daily sales reports to the Sales Leader and Director.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Experience with Pivot Tables, automations and formulas.
  • Experience with Looker (formerly Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with reporting and data integration.
  • Ability to report and transform data into visualizations and tables.
  • Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides.
  • Ability to learn new software programs.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
