About the position: This position offers onsite training in a high-volume, award-winning design agency. We are seeking a quality-driven and detail-oriented candidate with a strong foundation in graphic design and illustration with at least 2+ years of professional agency experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of creative execution are essential for success in this role. Job Details: Full-Time. Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Start Date: ASAP. Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA,94010. Must be able to work in the office. Starting Pay: $22/hour. Responsibilities: Engage with clients during acquisition, design planning, and sales. Conceptualize, design and create print-ready graphics and deadlines for a variety of packaging products including bags, boxes, tubes, jars, and retail displays. Create custom typefaces, vector graphics, and illustrations for client logos, labels, packaging products, and other branding materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively at a high level of creative execution. Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order. Related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in illustration, graphic design, packaging design, print design or related field. 2+ years of professional design experience. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Photoshop or other similar programs. Attention to detail is a must. Excellent time management skills.
