THE HIGH LEVEL

The Jr. Clinical Project Manager works to support Project Managers throughout the service delivery lifecycle, which includes the setup, scheduling, management, implementation, and close-out of projects. The Jr. Clinical Project Manager provides a wide range of general services that support the functional requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the functional requirements of a project and/or customer activity. These areas may include but not limited to project initiation, resource scheduling, status reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration, and management support.
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.
• Gather requirements through information obtained from internal and external customers.
• Track large project using SharePoint and Monday.com.
• Perform significant work responsibilities with minimal management oversight.
• Manage multiple timelines and completes tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.
• Review program criteria to determine appropriate equipment orders for patients.
• Review and interacting with electronic health record.
• Compiles data and utilizes MS Office tools to put together presentations.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• You should have a High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of experience.
• You have working knowledge and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• You’re able to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
• You pay attention to detail and have effective verbal and written communications skills.
• You’re energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re able to work either independently or with a team.
• You have experience working in Healthcare (VA experience would be an extra bonus) and you have experience working with Medical Records.
• You have a clinical background (RN, LPN, SW, PT, OT etc.)
• Must submit to and be able to successfully complete customer required clearance, investigative or training requirements.
