CrossTech is seeking a Jr Architect to support one of our health insurance clients based out of Philadelphia, PA. This position is on-site with 2 days remote.
Job Description
Create and lead IT system integration processes to meet the organization's needs.
Conduct regular evaluations of the system architecture and collaborating with project management teams to improve the designs.
Evaluate any project constraints and devising alternatives to reduce risks, whilst performing process re-engineering.
Keep stakeholders updated about the status of the project development and budgets and notifying them immediately when issues arise.
Analyze and finding any impacts that that technical changes may have on a client's business proceeding.
Supervise and motivate development teams to improve efficiency and productivity.
Perform continuous research on emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and to improve the existing architectures for clients.
Qualifications:
Experience with Java Devlopment
Experience with CI/CD
DevOps knowledge
Compensation
$43-$46/hr
