Central Florida’s Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (CFBHN) is one of the leading behavioral health managing entities in the state of Florida, covering 14 counties. Contracted with the Department of Children and Families, we provide oversight to providers in central Florida who serve in the mental health and substance disorder field in many settings, including schools and community settings. The Jr. Systems Administrator/Support Analyst will work as part of a team of two handling our IT needs along with a third party outside IT vendor. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned. This role is a fulltime exempt position and will be an important part of our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate degree in a computer-related field, and at least two years of experience (or acceptable combination of education and experience). A Microsoft certification would be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, assuring continuous systems availability
  • Assist with LAN security to ensure compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements
  • Oversee systems backup procedure to assure systems integrity
  • Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required
  • Maintain and enhance the Share point system
  • Utilize systems analysis tools, techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system function specifications
  • Associate’s degree in related field or combination of education and experience
  • Two years experience in with information technology infrastructure development
  • Exceptional knowledge of information technology infrastructure development, standards and protocols
  • Exceptional knowledge of information technology security and backup standards
  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot systems and provide technical assistance
  • In-depth understanding of data systems development
  • Provide backup to the Senior System administrator
  • Good understanding of CFBHN’s Active directory, SharePoint, Exchange
  • Support the user technical experience (PC’s, iPhones, applications, etc.)
  • Maintain/ recommend/install/user equipment and software
  • Support the other functional areas of CFBHN Microsoft certifications desired
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to travel locally, as required
