This growing, team-based, highly reputable, hardwood flooring company is seeking a sales leader in the Boston region. As a sales leader you will be expected to own, drive, manage and most importantly deliver quality results. This role has bandwidth to fully manage sales across general contractor and residential if the ideal candidate is driven to do so, including building the sales organization consistent with overall company sales goals. Base salary plus commission with high income potential. This role reports directly to the President (so we know there is room to grow)!
Requirements
Evaluate the Company's Residential Hardwood business and determine how best to manage and roll it out.
Understand and assess the existing system, the flow of the program, and market.
Build a forecast, Scheduling the work, and determine the value of the market
Establish and harvest relationship from Company’s existing book of business.
Work with the Team to learn the flow of existing deals and book of business.
Build a plan to develop a pipeline forecasting general contractor business.
Establish realistic quarterly goals based on monthly production forecast
The ability to work as part of a team and establish trust quickly
Sales experience with a proven track record of sales success
Write and present proposals on the company system
Understand the Company culture and sales history
College graduate or comparable work experience
Responisibilities
Establish key and long-term relationships.
Create and deliver on Sales SOP direction.
Act as Key Account Manager across business as expected.
Shadowing and coaching as necessary to assure your success.
Duplicating the existing general contractor sales volume of 3m+.
Hands-on involvement with your development, as well as outside training; on products, processes and sales
Ideally, the company seeks a sales leader who will manage residential sales overall, including building and hiring to build out the sales organization as required.
