Description
- Primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person - Desktop support for 2 dedicated locations, filling in field dispatch and on call once every 3 weeks
- TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Desktop support experience, printer repair experience, friendly attitude.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, and orders, and replaces.arts as needed.
- Break Fix experience on Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Servers.
