Job Responsibilities: Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our design team, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. Direct a team of skilled CAD Technicians, guiding the creation of detailed architectural and engineering drawings utilizing leading software tools. Conduct on-site and office-based meetings with clients, effectively communicating project progress and adjustments. Prepare and manage project proposals, pricing, and contracts. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Uphold the company's commitment to quality through regular reviews and quality control measures. Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior staff and encouraging their professional development.
Qualifications: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction, including relevant codes and CAD technology. Proven track record of managing residential design projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software. Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in CAD/Revit and project management.
