Streamline Design & Permitting, LLC is a design & permitting company located in San Diego, CA, specializing in all areas of residential design, especially the booming ADU business. We cater to commercial work as well; though this is not Streamline's focus. We offer a variety of services to bring our clients from the concept to construction as quickly and efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position located in San Diego, CA. The ability to be local and perform site measurements is a bonus. As an Architectural Job Captain, you will oversee the production of construction documents and guide the project to efficiently deliver high-quality design to our clients. You will work in a collaborative work environment and be responsible for communicating with administrative staff, design teams, engineers and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in architecture/design, with a proven track record of producing high-quality construction documents
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills and the ability to self manage effectively
• Knowledge of California building codes and regulations, as well as local municipalities
• Experience with residential design is preferred
• Experience with construction administration is a plus
