At Norit we are launching a new role for JDE EnterpriseOne Distribution, Logistics & Finance Functional Lead, who will drive system enhancements, optimization, and ultimately better performance for the organization. You'll be driving the following modules: Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Procurement, Subcontract Management, Supplier Forecasting, Advanced Warehouse Management, and CSMS. It is a strong preference that you are also familiar with Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.


As the Functional Lead, you'll work closely with stakeholders from various areas – finance, accounting, procurement, IT, as well as you’ll have a continuous engagement with external System Integrators.


Your mission: Figuring out how to make our business processes and solutions work like a charm with the JDE EnterpriseOne System.


What will you do?

  • Design, coordinate development, test and implement JDE-related solutions to increase stability, usability and functionality enabling end users to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other JDE functional areas and the external System Integrator to ensure end to end process integration and consistency.
  • Gather business requirements and map requirements to EnterpriseOne. Document As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Support users leveraging capabilities including Intercompany Order Processing (SK OK, ST OT), Return Material Authorization, EDI order processing, Advance Pricing & LCR, Preference setup, and Warehousing & Transportation Processing.
  • Lead and support project initiatives to expand and/or optimize the usage of JDE EnterpriseOne solution across the company footprint.
  • Translate business process design established during planning and design into the JDE EnterpriseOne solutions.
  • Recommend and/or participate in the development of business cases for new JDE and non-JDE initiatives. Present the findings to senior business management.
  • Deliver continuous process improvements while ensuring adherence to standards and governance.
  • Responsible for the ERP delivery of Supply Chain Applications and integrations using Orchestrator.
  • Review and approve process or design changes proposed by the outsourced provider to fix open Incident tickets or Enhancement tickets related to JDE.
  • Provide JDE expertise on any acquisition or divestiture activities that may arise.
  • Provide 2nd (working with users) and 3rd level (working with vendors) functional support.


What will you bring?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • JDE EnterpriseOne certifications (distribution and/or finance modules).
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP’s) a plus.


Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years JDE experience in the respective modules.
  • Significant experience with EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices in Distribution, Logistics and Finance.
  • Experience with a Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore).
  • Experience with JDE supporting users around the globe.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
  • Experience updating, maintaining, and documenting JDE configurations and functional specifications.
  • Experience within a manufacturing organization is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Power BI, data warehousing, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience working on projects across other JDE modules is a plus.
