Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Technician for an hourly position. This person will install and maintain computer systems and networks. Must have a good knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibility:

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Set up & Maintain Printers & Multi-functions
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Ability to communicate and troubleshoot over phone and support retail stores for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain IDF's & Desktop computers
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Basic experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
  
  

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  
  

Experience:

• IT technician: 5 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
• A+ or Network+ or Microsoft Certification (Preferred)
• Windows experience (Required)
• Mac experience is a plus
