Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Team Lead to join our team. This role will work as a strong liaison between our IT Services Partner and our front-line staff. They will ensure successful execution of processes, manage problems and escalations, and foster strong relationships to get the job done. With exceptional proactive communication skills and a passion for process improvement, you will have a big impact on the success of business operations.

This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing asset management, IT service facilitation and facility support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Active Directory, Microsoft software administration, procurement, vendor management, and supporting various IT needs within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff resources, including day-to-day activities, hiring, and direction.
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Monitor network infrastructure and conduct monthly infrastructure patching.
  • Address resource management, planning and coordination of work, and managing performance
  • Manage storage arrays and servers and ensure regular backups.
  • Handle technical software requests and administration
  • Manage triage tickets and team directions, escalations, and high-priority work.
  • Provide metrics on overall ticket counts and resolutions
  • Direct all email and team message requests to the JIRA board for team action
  • Operate an employee-facing service desk, responding to and resolving incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Active Directory setup and Microsoft software administration.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and SOC/NOC monitoring.
  • Ability to manage and maintain IT service boards, including ticket triage and team management.
  • Familiarity with financial operations, including creating POs and managing receipts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support various IT needs within a corporate environment.
