IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Admin will be the main point of contact for employees with technology issues, and is responsible for troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-up. Other responsibilities will include infrastructure monitoring, equipment deployment, maintenance of systems/applications and a variety of technology related tasks. Schedule to include hours between 8 or 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Position will require travel to all Range Bank offices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintenance and administration of wide variety of information systems
• Monitor infrastructure for proactive issue resolution
• Continually identify systems and processes to optimize for maximum productivity and security
• Work closely with the IT Manager to execute strategic projects
• Work closely with the support staff to provide solutions to technical issues
• Adheres to Range Bank policies and procedures
• Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the information technology field, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Ability to apply good judgment in decision-making
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical users
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior banking experience
• Familiarity with the following network devices: components: routers, switches, firewalls and access points
• Familiarity with group policy and active directory
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems Exchange Server
