Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to our staff, ensuring smooth technical operations. This role requires a solid understanding of Windows environments and experience with Office 365 user setup and password management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with Office 365 user setup and password management
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, issues, and resolutions using the helpdesk ticketing system
- Follow up with end-users to ensure issues are fully resolved and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 user setup and password management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
