We are currently looking for a IT Support Analyst to join our team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the inquiries and day-to-day issues for our clients websites.
  • Provide a quick turnaround time in order to provide the best customer service in the industry for the clients.
  • Work with many departments to ensure the best possible solution is found for the clients.
  • Work with data quality team performing data profiling to identify and analyze the root cause of data issues; provide an action plan for remediation including process improvements to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Manage and provide technical support for our clients Cloud Based Client Portal.
  • Manage and provide technical and content support for our clients website.
  • Coordinate the execution of new digital platform features across web, as well as future platforms.
  • Take part in overall platform updates including user acceptance testing of the website, mobile, and content management system enhancements.
  • Review all analytics and create the digital performance reports for the platforms.
  • Update digital content on our clients Cloud Based Client Portal and website.
  • Analyze data and share insights from web analytics and customer feedback channels to help identify opportunities and enhancements that drive business growth.
  • Troubleshoot data problems, identify possible solutions, and resolve accordingly.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Have experience with CMS Platforms such as WordPress, Adobe, HubSpot, Joomla, WooCommerce, Drupal, or Wix.
  • Have experience working with various web cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or Blogger) and CRM Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce, or Insightly).
  • Have working experience in IT problem solving, project management support, and/or business operational support.
  • Have an understanding HTML and comfortable with content development and creation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills when speaking to colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to improve the user experience of the Client Portal and other client facing systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to seek out new problems and develop solutions while having sense of ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams (both technical and non-technical).
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning.
  • Writing, research, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, utilize good judgment, and manage several projects.
  • Microsoft Office applications skills including MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate recommendation(s) to resolve issue(s).
  • Customer service and inter-department outreach ability.
  • High standard of quality, organization, and the initiative to complete tasks independently.
  • Understanding of how to create a platform for business growth with a keen eye on systems, processes, and their impacts on the people in an organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and productively engage staff from various departments.
