IT Strategy Consultant

Roles And Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture and Roadmap Development:
• Define and develop enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards to guide IT investments and initiatives.
• Create technology roadmaps and implementation plans that outline the phased delivery of IT solutions and capabilities.
• Digital Transformation and Innovation:
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for business process improvement and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions, technologies, and methodologies to enhance organizational agility and competitiveness.
• IT Governance and Risk Management:
• Establish IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect IT assets and support business continuity.
• Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful adoption of IT strategies and initiatives across the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate IT strategies, gain buy-in, and foster a collaborative and supportive culture.
• Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IT strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on IT strategy implementation progress, outcomes, and ROI.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Strategy Consultant, IT Advisor, or similar role in developing and implementing IT strategies.
• Strong knowledge of IT strategy development, enterprise architecture, and business process optimization.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud technologies, and emerging IT trends.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
