Role Description

As a Country Manager / Regional Outsourcing Representative within the IT Outsourcing Industry operating on a commission-only basis, your core objective is driving business expansion and revenue generation through strategic B2B contract management. You spearhead client acquisition efforts, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities, negotiate favorable contracts, and cultivate lasting partnerships. Your role encompasses a robust understanding of client needs, aligning them with the outsourcing company's capabilities to deliver tailored solutions. Success in this role hinges on your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, optimize client satisfaction, and consistently exceed revenue targets by securing and nurturing lucrative contracts within your designated region.

This is a freelance / commission-only based role, preferably B2B contract, where you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing quality outsourcing opportunities in Software Development, and building and expanding relationships with clients in the IT outsourcing industry.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in outsourcing or business development
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and expand relationships with clients in the outsourcing industry
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive solutions
  • Experience in outsourcing industry and working with startups
  • Job Type: Commission
