Position Summary

This position will maintain Innoflight’s technical systems by ensuring all employees are provided the technology needed to complete their work assignments and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact. This role will be in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems used to maintain computer and software networks.

Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Consult with IT team and other departments as required.
  • Provide direct on-site technical support to employees as required via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Consulting, coordinating, and working with vender support to resolve issues.
  • Regular maintenance of asset health including imaging, software packaging, application updates, system upgrades, data migration and process automation.
  • Perform a variety of duties in the diagnostics, debugging, and repair of issues on workstations.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding user, computer, peripherals, and phone account setup and management.
  • Asset inventory management.
  • Creating and updating knowledge-based materials.
  • Support Audio/Video equipment within conference rooms and users.
  • Always being mindful of following, applying, and advocating cyber security principles and practices.
  • Available to work flexible hours and provide emergency response outside of business hours.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
  • Experience with Active Directory & SCCM preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID preferred.
  • Experience MS365 Admin preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • Knowledge of using an issue tracking system.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication.
  • Knowledge of PBX and VoIP systems.
  • Knowledge of encryption.
  • Knowledge of Internet safety and good cyber hygiene.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.


Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required prolonged periods in stationary position at a desk entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Hourly Range

$34.61 - $38.46 Per Hour

However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
