Desktop Support – Fully Onsite in Carlsbad, CA – $60k-75k DOE

This stable, long-standing food & beverage company in Carlsbad is looking for an Onsite Desktop Support Specialist who is experienced with O365, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of professional desktop support experience in a Microsoft environment
• Professional troubleshooting experience in Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Basic knowledge of IT security and network troubleshooting
• Currently live in or near Carlsbad, CA and able to work onsite 5 days/week from 7am-3:30pm PT

What You'll Do:

• Work on support tickets, admin projects, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot O365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other Microsoft technologies
• Support 1300 end users, including 100 onsite and the rest remote

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
