PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking an I.T Specialist at our corporate office.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of support requests.
• Communicate with staff to understand and resolve technology problems, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate triage of support requests.
• Manage accurate records or reports as needed.
• Travel to and from health centers as needed for support projects.
• Responsible for managing user access and permissions.
• Moderate travel required.
  
  

Successful candidates will have a minimum associates degree in computer related field and 2 years' experience in help desk environment; or bachelors degree in computer related field.

Employment with PrimaryOne Health is contingent on new hires completing full COVID-19 vaccination within 45 days of start date to maintain employment (unless you request and receive an exemption)
