IT Specialist
As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our technology ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and design efficient solutions using SAP, Boomi, and other integration tools. Your expertise in iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) will be essential or seamless data flow across our systems.
Responsibilities:
• System Integration:
o Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP modules, Boomi, and other applications.
o Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and real-time synchronization across platforms.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• iPasS Management:
o Manage our iPaaS platform, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
o Implement best practices for data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
o Optimize performance and scalability of integrations.
• Ecosystem Management:
o Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
o Work closely with business analysts, developers, ad project managers to align technology solutions with business goals.
o Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to medical devices and healthcare.
• documentation and Training:
o Create technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides.
o Provide training to end-user and support teams on system functionalities.
• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with external vendors, internal IT teams, and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
o Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing(UAT), and deployment activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an I specialist, with a focus on SAP and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP modules.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, SnapLogic).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (FDA, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
