Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and surpassing client expectations.
Develop and execute service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Guide and manage a team of IT professionals, offering coaching and performance management as required.
Foster collaboration with internal teams (IT support, operations, project management) for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Identify areas for service delivery process enhancement and implement solutions to boost overall performance and client satisfaction.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate IT service performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to uphold contractual agreements and quality standards.
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback concerning IT service delivery.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on service delivery performance, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement recommendations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Proficient in IT service management frameworks like ITIL, with hands-on experience in implementing ITIL best practices.
Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Proven track record in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and processes.
Analytical mindset, able to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at swiftly diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
