We are seeking a talented IT Security Consultant to join our esteemed team. As an IT Security Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and solutions to enhance our clients' cybersecurity posture. Roles And Responsibilities

• Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive security assessments, including vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, and compliance audits, to identify gaps and vulnerabilities in clients' IT environments.
• Consulting and Strategy Development: Provide strategic cybersecurity consulting services, including developing security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Security Architecture Design: Design and implement robust security architectures and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and environments.
• Incident Response Planning: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to effectively detect, respond to, and recover from security incidents.
• Security Awareness and Training: Conduct security awareness programs and training sessions for clients' staff to promote a culture of security awareness and best practices.
• Technical Implementation and Support: Assist clients in implementing security technologies and solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and endpoint security.
• Risk Management: Assist in developing risk management strategies and frameworks to prioritize security investments and mitigate identified risks.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) as an IT Security Consultant, Security Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong background in cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Expertise in conducting security assessments, developing security strategies, and implementing security solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, DLP, and penetration testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
