Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives for the entire project life cycle. The project manager will ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame, and budget and scope. Other responsibilities include:

• Manage relationships with clients through the entire project life cycle. 
• Communicate with customers; defining expectations, and providing regular updates and delivery timelines.
• Analyzes plans and develops requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Work and collaborate with the Project Team to deliver high-quality services to customers. 
• Coordinates with the Sales Team for proper handoff of project to the Operations Team.
• Work with Operations leadership to coordinate internal resources availability and
• allocation for the successful execution of projects.
• Schedule handoff meetings and identify the appropriate entities to complete project requirements.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established goals.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Identify changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification, techniques, and client communication standards.
• Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve all client-related issues and requests.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT project management experience - MSP background highly preferred.
• Process-driven with proven experience managing the entire project lifecycle. 
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent priorities and deadlines. 
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Extremely well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly collaborative team player - able to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.  
• High level of professionalism including confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup-like environment. 
• Expert knowledge of Office Suite Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
• Ability to think critically and creatively to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
