IT Program and Project Manager, Mid - Remote | WFH

As An IT Program And Project Manager, You Will

Translate larger program goals into detailed project plans.

Assist clients in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Work directly with clients to manage tasks effectively.

Empower clients through clear communication, ensuring program goals are achieved and quality standards met.

Collect, understand, and define IT requirements, and translate them into project plans and milestones.

Create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.

Write and deliver executive-level communications and briefings.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in DoD Program Management and Acquisition Management for ACAT programs across the acquisition life cycle.

Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects.

Proficiency with Agile software project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.

Knowledge of project and program management practices in a Navy or USMC setting.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team.

Capability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.

Active Secret clearance.

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW).

Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas.

Knowledge of vendor management to ensure alignment of vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements.

SAFe Program Consultant Certification.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

ITIL foundations Certification.

Clearance

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
