Our client is a leading radiology practice that has recently revamped their IT PMO strategy & frameworks. They are currently looking to bring on an experienced PMO Leader to help refine & build upon their current IT Project/Program/Portfolio Management processes. This person will be reporting into and working alongside the IT Portfolio Management Director.
Responsibilities:
Evolve and build upon current IT Project Governance Model and Program & Portfolio Management components.
Refine framework that allows PMs & BAs to utilize methodologies based on the type of work – product development vs project management (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
Drive the establishment and adoption of PMO processes, ensuring successful implementation and integration within the organization.
Collaborate closely with the IT Portfolio Management Director to enhance overall project and program management capabilities.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in IT Project Management or similar roles
Experience building out a PMO and/or revamping an existing PMO
Experience refining project governance, and project/program management processes
Familiarity with various methodologies including Agile/Hybrid
Healthcare industry background
