What You’ll Do
As an IT Operations Technician, you will be supporting the various IT needs of Brex employees across all departments and teams. Primarily, your role will be to unblock other employees' work by resolving tickets quickly and efficiently. You will provide excellent customer service by utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and work within the IT Support team to build more mature systems and support IT projects across many teams.
Responsibilities
Manage IT inventory on-site
Coordinate sending and receiving IT equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for Mac and PC
Triage and document steps to simplify escalations
Support various IT Systems including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta, Jira, Mac, PC, Zoom, and more
Identify Mac and PC hardware issues; work with external vendors to provide repairs and replacements
Troubleshoot network issues (DNS, VPN, and WiFi)
Requirements
3+ years of work experience
Strong Apple support experience
Desire to learn new technologies and skills
Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs
Ability to work in the San Francisco office as needed
Bonus points
Jamf MDM experience
Zoom Room configuration experience
Experience supporting large meeting AV needs
Corporate IT experience
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $74,400 - $93,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
