IT Operations Manager

Mabrey Bank is currently seeking an IT Operations Manager to join our team. this role will lead IT team members in optimizing and maintaining our technology infrastructure. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM and rotating Saturdays, 8:45AM to 12:15PM. Travel is local during the day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Hours vary depending on business needs.
What you’ll need to be our IT Operations Manager :

What you’ll need to be our IT Operations Manager :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum three years’ experience in an IT infrastructure role
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership abilities, effective motivation of team members, and adept conflict resolution skills in a positive and productive manner
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Commitment to community investment and engagement
- Family owned and locally operated

- Visible leadership with a commitment to service
- Supervise IT Support and Core Operations staff
- Monitor IT support department Service Level Objectives (SLO)
- Adhere to Mabrey Bank’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards
- Oversee the Bank’s technology infrastructure
- Assist with IT project planning and implementation
