This role will support the Enterprise Architecture Management Team. The IT Operations Analyst is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between procurement, risk, and vendor management teams. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance, verifying adherence to contract terms, and strengthening vendor negotiations. The IT Operations Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to IT for CIO business office activities such as annual and project budgeting, developing monthly financial and metric reporting.

IT Operations Analyst will centralize IT invoice processing, centralization of overall IT vendor management, tracking progress against financial targets, and developing appropriate analyses.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· They are responsible for managing approved budgeted POs and invoices, analyzing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts with our internal vendor management team.

· This role will provide real-time insights and metrics backed by reporting and dashboards that deliver visibility into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in the context of specific contracts and service-level agreements.

· Ensure adherence to budgets, financial forecasts, operating plans, and modeling tools.

· Conduct necessary analytics to support business strategies and operational objectives.

· Assist in developing IT, finance, and business presentations and related supporting materials.

· Understand the IT chargeback allocation methodology and analyze variances.

· Communicate with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment and progress on IT initiatives.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams on ad-hoc projects such as centralized invoice processing.

Education and Experience Profile


· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Finance, and/or relevant field required.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in Project Management, Financial Management, or Vendor Management. Information Technology experience a plus.

· Demonstrated financial proficiency preferred.

· Background in Consumer Goods preferred.

Required Skills

· Extensive knowledge of IT macro-level financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, and resource allocation processes; able to assess financial implications of decisions and actions.

· Extensive knowledge of staff augmentation, managed service, software and hardware contracts, maintenance fees, and invoicing processes.

· Demonstrated ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with external vendors to achieve win-win solutions for all parties.

· Strong leadership skills across all levels of an organization.

· Effectively utilize communication skills, both oral and written, in order to present, influence, and persuade others inside and outside of the organization.

· Experience working with senior executives demonstrating a customer service mindset.

· Strong relationship management skills, including team building, relationship management, negotiating, change management, and conflict resolution.

· Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to explore new possibilities and approach issues differently.

· High attention to details, with strong organization and time management skills.
